7am wake up
730am coffee w/ steamed cashew milk, and The Champion Toast at Wonder
8:30am - run 6-8 miles on the Boulder Creek Trail. Stop and take a photo for the gram!
10am - Light breakfast at Zeal - 2 eggs over easy, sautéed kale, sweet potato hash
11am Hit a workout (or several) at CrossFit ETB
1:30pm Lunch at The Kitchen Next Door - cauliflower salad + the 50/50 mushroom burger
3pm Hike Mount Sanitas. Run down the Lions Lair Trail
6pm pre-dinner moto ride up Flagstaff Road
8pm Dinner outdoors listening to Blue Grass at River + Woods. Get the Gnocch
