Why everyone should own a blender + My 3 go-to smoothie recipes

Smoothies are the holy grail for getting nutrients into your diet. Throw a handful of spinach or kale in with your morning concoction!

 

Here are my 3 favorite smoothies:

1/2 cup almond milk

1 cup water

2 handfuls spinach or kale

1/2 a banana

1/2 cup blueberries 

Ginger

1 scoop Protein powder - I like this.

6 ice lines 

 

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup water

1/4 banana

1 date

1/4 sweet potato

Handful of spinach 

1 scoop Protein powder

Cinnamon

Ginger

Ice 

 

1 1-2 cup cashew milk

1/4 cup cashews

1 banana

Turmeric

1/4 cup chia seeds

Handful spinach

Ice
