Three 12 Minute Workouts You Can Do Anywhere

Need to get a quick workout in? Traveling and no gym access? You can literally do these anywhere. Start your morning off right.

# 1

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes

40 jump squats

Get these done as fast as you can and rest in the remaining time! 

 

# 2

4 rounds for time

25 push-ups

25 air squats 

25 sit-ups 

No rest in between, just move!

 

# 3

12 minute EMOM (every minute on the minute)

Perform 12 - 15 Burpees (depending on your fitness level)

 

Just use your timer on your mobile device!
