I hit it hard, often! Probably too often! Below are some of my go-to tools for recovery. 

I take an hour salt bath every day! 104 degrees - I read, and reflect on the day. I use this salt from the crew at Mike's Recovery. It smells amazing! 

Infrared Sauna - I go twice a week, and bake for 45 minutes. I feel absolutely amazing after!
