A Chill Sunday Workout
Because no-one wants to go hard on Sundays. On Sundays I like to give my body a little break from the weights.
Every 3 minutes, for 12 minutes
Row 20 calories, immediately followed by 12 burpees jumping over the rower. Shoot for 90 seconds, with 90 seconds rest.
1 minute rest between rounds
In Two minutes, complete the following:
15 jump squats
then, row for max calories
Record how many calories you get after each each round.
